The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was a member of the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father had a career in bodybuilding and her brothers participated in various sports, including hockey on ice. Aleesha also played various sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was about 15 years old. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification by winning in the NPC USA Championships 2014. Her first year of competition that was 2008. She also took part at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed ninth. Aleesha was able to hold onto an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2016 and 2015 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha, who has been consistently improving her performance since then has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning at the Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She finished in fourth place. The "World's most powerful mother" took a break in bodybuilding because of health reasons.
